Biomechanical Analysis specialized for the equestrian athlete.

Traditional physical therapy addresses pain and dysfunction in a patient. A physical therapist will diagnose and treat a patient by assessment of their musculoskeletal system, nervous system, gait analysis, and postural biomechanics. The difference with Stable Body Physical Therapy is that you have a provider that understands and specializes in the physical and mental demands of an equestrian athlete.

Treatment options include: therapeutic exercise prescription, kinesiotaping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, performance based PT for show seasons, biomechanical assessment, strength coaching, as well as balance and proprioceptive training. Treatment could include a combination of these options depending on the individuals needs.

Are you a competitive rider? Stable Body PT can ensure you are feeling your best before, during, and after a show!
